GLORY (TYO:6457), a global leader in cash automation and management solutions, today announced a strategic partnership with Velera, a leading payments credit union service organization and integrated financial technology solutions provider. The collaboration introduces Co-op Shared Branch Express functionality to credit unions using Glory’s TellerConcierge™ integrated kiosk as the enabling technology.

The partnership will integrate Velera’s account-based network with TellerConcierge, empowering credit union members and guests to independently perform the seven most common shared branch transactions. The integration supports a better member experience when conducting these key financial transactions.

As credit unions strive to remain competitive and convenient for their members, Shared Branch Express offers a new way to serve branch visitors in the manner they prefer. Members and guests who choose Shared Branch Express will enjoy the benefits of automation while still accessing on-site guidance when needed. Members can use a collaborative network of shared branches to complete transactions at participating locations when they are away from their home branch.

“TellerConcierge was designed to help credit unions modernize the branch without losing the personal service members expect,” said Stratford Dick, senior vice president, product and technical solutions at Glory. “By integrating Velera’s Co-op Shared Branch Network functionality into a self-service experience, we are helping credit unions implement a more efficient branch experience with better access and convenience for members, more capacity for staff to serve members, and lower transaction costs through automation.”

“The Shared Branch Network is central to the credit union promise of access and convenience,” said Amy Evans, senior vice president, Strategic Solutions at Velera. “Through this partnership with Glory, Co-op Shared Branch Express gives participating credit unions a practical way to support shared branch transactions through secure self-service, helping members and guest members complete routine transactions more efficiently while branch teams stay focused on service.”

Glory’s TellerConcierge kiosk, software and platform integration capabilities support branch digitization efforts and extend shared branch access through providing more intuitive, guided self-service, helping members and guest members complete transactions while giving credit union staff more time for higher-value, relationship-based service.
