Phoenix Energy One, LLC (“Phoenix Energy”) has begun the finalist selection process for the 2026 Phoenix Energy Scholarship, a $15,000 award established by Phoenix Energy CEO Adam Ferrari to support the next generation of leaders in the American oil and gas industry. With the application period now closed, the Scholarship Committee is reviewing submissions and will select three finalists before announcing this year’s recipient on September 1.

Now in its fourth year, the scholarship supports students pursuing careers in petroleum engineering, geology, energy management, and other disciplines critical to the future of domestic energy production. The program recognizes applicants who demonstrate academic excellence, technical promise, and a clear commitment to advancing the U.S. energy sector.

“We’re grateful to every student who took the time to share their goals and vision for the future of energy with us this year,” said Adam Ferrari, CEO of Phoenix Energy. “As an engineer myself, I understand the value of technical education and the importance of investing in talented young people who are passionate about strengthening America’s energy future. We look forward to recognizing this year’s scholarship recipient.”

Applications for the 2026 scholarship were accepted from February 3 through June 30, 2026.

Review and Selection Process

The Scholarship Committee is reviewing every submission and expects to notify three finalists in the coming weeks. Each finalist will be contacted directly and asked to provide any additional required materials, including academic transcripts for GPA verification, proof of enrollment, and identification.

Finalists will then participate in individual virtual interviews with the Scholarship Committee between August 13 and August 21 before the recipient is selected and announced on September 1. Scholarship funds are paid directly to the recipient’s college or university and applied toward tuition.

Investing in the Future of American Energy

The Phoenix Energy Scholarship supports an incoming college student beginning full-time enrollment at an accredited college or university in the fall of 2026 and pursuing a degree aligned with a career in the oil and gas industry. Eligible applicants were required to maintain a minimum 3.5 GPA and submit an original essay describing their career goals, interest in the industry, and vision for the future of the American energy sector.

The scholarship reflects Phoenix Energy’s ongoing commitment to supporting education, developing future industry leaders, and strengthening the long-term future of domestic energy production.
