The new platform addresses the growing demand among homebuilders for more efficient, flexible capital partners that can navigate today’s market. Drawing on deep industry experience, Strata is positioned as a long-term capital partner that brings strategic solutions to each transaction.

The platform, which has launched with projects comprising approximately 1,300 single-family lots, is led by Chief Executive Officer Mike Forsum, a veteran of the homebuilding industry. Forsum was most recently President and COO of Landsea Homes, a formerly publicly traded national homebuilder, and brings more than 40 years of leadership experience navigating the operational challenges and investment decisions facing homebuilders.
